Anne, such a lovely post. There have been so many troubled times for humans around the world, and thank you most profoundly for sharing the light! This is wonderful! I found myself engaged by poetry read in the classroom many years ago. Comments were sought, and expressed, by classmates who had suddenly experienced varied levels of joy, happiness, and the desire to become writers in their own right, myself included. Words and visuals are a powerful tool for you and I both.

Some of the simplest reflections one could ponder upon seeing an aspect of life unfolding before their eyes can truly become life-altering. For others, experiencing true pleasure and happiness having seen and felt emotions from their observations may indeed be life-changing as a treasured positive in their lives. Treasure your experiences in this regard, Anne! Such experiences may well spawn the beginnings of you, and many others, finding a whole new dimension of happiness in sharing as you do.

As a poet forging new frontiers with my writing, I am constantly finding new levels of calm, excitement, wonder, and newfound appreciation for nature’s own way! I have been writing and publishing since the year 2000. My greatest joys is the many wonderfully appreciative comments that my readers/follows express about my words and accompanying photos which further enhance the experience. Discovering new ways of expression becomes a powerful tool of conveyance and all that it brings to the lives of others. Bless you for this. I look forward to seeing more of what you express with love and light!

      Hi Don,

Thank you so much for your kind words! It truly makes me happy to know that my little photo journal gave you such positive feelings. It means so much that you took the time to leave a comment, especially just as I’m starting out with this fledgling blog.

I’m quite far from being a professional photographer, but taking pictures of the things that make an impression on me has become something I genuinely love. It feels nice to finally share some of those moments—and if they happen to brighten someone else’s day too, that’s more than I could have hoped for.

Thank you again for your encouragement!
