Something I’ve discovered through the evolution of this blog is how deeply I’m drawn to light – not just as a source, but as an attribute. I love how light and shadows work in contrast to soften a surface, make the ordinary glow with an ethereal shimmer, shift the texture of something familiar, or highlight details I might otherwise overlook. Sometimes, it’s simply the way light illuminates a cute little cat basking in a sunbeam…and makes me smile.
